Workshops for Creativity and Self-Inquiry

The Floating Space, is a collaborative project with Kasia Murfet, a gifted breath-work, meditation, and qigong facilitator. Together, we’ve crafted a series of intimate workshops that weave together the threads of creativity, modern psychology, and Buddhist philosophy.

Our upcoming workshop, 'Stagnancy and Flow,' is designed as an invitation to self-inquiry. Through practices like meditation, calligraphy, reflective conversation, and qigong, we guide those who wish to join us to explore their inner landscape—where they might feel resistance, where flow can be nurtured, and how these insights can inform their daily lives.

These workshops offer something unique—while they are deeply therapeutic, they are not therapy in the traditional sense. They are an opportunity to step into a space of contemplation and self-connection, gently guided into the creativity that resides within each of us. As a therapist whose practice is rooted in Humanist Psychology, I find such fulfilment in offering this blend of mindful practices in a way which invites us to become present with ourselves and our own wisdom.

If this sparks your curiosity, I warmly invite you to explore more about The Floating Space and the Stagnancy and Flow workshop we are hosting in March. Here is a link for more insight and information.
